Description
The purpose of the workshop Addressing Trauma from a Culturally Centered Lens is to deepen understanding of the impact of trauma on the nervous system (body & brain), the role of culture and intergenerational trauma in addressing healing trauma, and weave in space to integrate resilience practices, learning to co-create communities of care.
